中国科技大学硕士导师,中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员,英国南安普顿大学访问学者,从事固体废弃物资源化利用相关研究,包括有机固废生物处理制备生物天然气,产甲烷菌剂制备及生物强化,厌氧发酵失稳预警及控制,沼气净化提纯等,主持国家重点研发课题、国家基金(面上/青年)、广东省基金、中国科学院先导A子课题等项目10余项;在Water Research, Chemical Engineering Journal等期刊发表论文30余篇,授权/授理发明专利24件;参编专著6部;获广东省科技进步一等奖1项,广东省农业推广一等奖1项。
